Resistance is futile 🤖
EStack is the result of 10 years of talking to coaches and athletes, five years building powerful training software, and two years of dedicated engineering to build an alternative to the way we think about resistance.
What equipment should have EStack?⬇️
@Tier1athlete@BrianHawkins4 Our history is in being the first to make affordable research grade VBT. We're going to be aggressive on pricing for EStack.
We're working with equipment manufacturers to bring EStack enabled products to market in home gym, performance, commercial, and more. We can't wait for you to try it!
The weight is over. Meet RepOne EStack - an electronic weight stack designed to augment or replace traditional iron selectorized stacks or plates.
Digital weight technology has been the future for over a decade, but we still don't see it in the weight room. 🧵
Build yourself a program that automatically changes resistance based on how fast or slow you're moving. Assign programs to teams, or manage remote athletes. All for free under 10 athletes, or for small teams.
Our dual-stack variant has up to 1000 lbs (!!) of resistance, and with our large fans and plug-in design, it can go all day without dying or overheating.
All EStack-enabled equipment comes with the most powerful Performance Management System on the market.
EStack can change load mid-rep instantly. That's not the only benefit of our technology. It can mimic band tension without bands, automate dropsets hands-free, auto-spot, weight-release, isokinetics, and so much more.
EStack is designed for demanding applications.
With one training app, you can use EStack enabled equipment at home, at the gym, or at practice.
Why is EStack better than traditional weight? To start, did you know your muscles are stronger eccentrically (on the way down) than they are concentrically?
EStack was designed to make it easy for your favorite equipment manufacturer to future proof their products, integrating with our software across different product lines and equipment vendors.
Gained 2.5 KG on my bench in less than 1 month thanks to @jbryanmann APRE 10 and the dynamic effort method (3 times a week benching). Previously I was stuck for 12 weeks and it sucked. @RepOneStrength tracker has helped a tonne too!
@CoachDeRoehn@GymAware@VitruveFit@OVRPerformance Absolutely. I like all of these but including Perch. I also like @RepOneStrength but I am waiting to get my unit back and will include it as well! There isn’t as much a difference in how each works as much as the features and app etc
Awkward... It's called "assisted eccentric overload", which is an advanced version of typical eccentric overload exercises, where you use the full range of motion to build up inertia in the flywheel, and then 'cancel' all of that inertia in the first half of the eccentric ROM.
We had a great conversation with Isaac at Ancore as part of our 'Works With RepOne Tether' series. Isaac talks about his rehab for a baseball shoulder injury that sparked the creation of @Ancore. Now one of the most versatile cable machines on the market...
@RakanINazer@RepOneStrength I highly recommend it. My training is similar. Though, I’ve moved away from just the pure lifts lately. I have found that velocity based training has been a huge help to avoid burnout from lifting. I recommend @wilfleming’s book:
