Her name is Logan Federico.

She was a bright young soul murdered by Alexander Dickey who had 39 prior charges, including 25 felonies.

He should have never been on the streets in South Carolina!

We will remember her name!

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Victims deserve respect. But Democrats couldn’t even remember their names at today’s Judiciary hearing. They are too busy prioritizing criminals over innocent civilians.

Disgraceful.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

South Carolina has had no stronger fighter than @POTUS.

Here’s what the Working Families Tax Cuts are doing for folks back home:

✅ About one million South Carolina seniors benefit from the new senior deduction, and the average senior is expected to pay zero federal taxes on Social Security
✅ South Carolina taxpayers saw average refunds of $3,476 in 2026
✅ 86,000 South Carolina jobs safeguarded
✅ $200 million in first year funding for rural health care, with $167.3 million already awarded to 228 rural providers

That’s money back in your pocket and care closer to home.

Fraud rings in Minnesota stole from a program meant to feed hungry kids.

That’s who’s been ripping off your tax dollars, and that’s who @WHFraudTF is going after in programs like Medicaid and food stamps.

Every dollar a crook steals is a dollar taken from you and from the people who actually need help. Common sense is easy: Stop the fraud. Hold the crooks accountable.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

We cut your taxes. Here’s what that means for working families in SC-07:

✅ No tax on tips
✅ No tax on overtime
✅ A bigger child tax credit
✅ $1,000 Trump Accounts for newborns

You earned it. You should keep it.

$175 million of your money was about to go to dead people.

It got stopped this time. But right now, even when a payment gets flagged as possible fraud, the law doesn’t require Washington to stop it.

That’s why I voted for the Stopping Fraudulent Payments Act. It makes sure flagged payments get held and checked before the money goes out the door.

Common sense is easy. You check before you pay. Washington should too.

What happens when far-left extremists take to the streets?

Look at France. Riots. Hundreds of police hurt. Landmarks burnt to the ground.

This is what the results of open borders look like. We can’t let that playbook take root in America.

Keeping our country safe starts with a secure border.

[CBS News @CBSNews]

Widespread anti-government protests across France descended into riots over the weekend, with damage to historic properties and thousands of arrests. CBS News' @RamyInocencio has more.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

There’s a saying that socialism sounds really nice until you run out of other people’s money.

While my Democrat colleagues embrace socialist candidates and scream for bigger government, @HouseGOP is fighting the crazy and defending our American values.

Free markets. Individual liberty. Low Taxes. Hard Work.

That is what has made America great for the last 250 years and House Republicans plan to keep it that way.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Fentanyl is a threat to America’s youth, families, and our communities.

We should not sit by silently as this deadly drug is poured into our country by the cartels.

The country cannot afford for us to be soft on this life threatening drug.

Treat the cartels like the foreign terrorists they are and hold them accountable.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Three years ago if a caravan of 600 unvetted Hondurans walked to the U.S. border, they would’ve been met with a red carpet rolled out for them, a first-class ticket to anywhere in the country, and a notice to appear that would never actually be enforced.

All at the expense of the American taxpayer.

Thank GOD for competent leadership at DHS that isn’t afraid to enforce the law.

The border is CLOSED.

Thank you President Trump, Secretary Mullin, and Border Czar Homan for keeping America safe and secure.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

I will always stand with @VP Vance & @POTUS in their commitment to uproot waste, fraud and abuse.

I was proud to sign the Vice President's Pledge to Protect Americans from Fraud to safeguard American's tax dollars from being exploited and abused by fraudsters & illegal aliens. @WHFraudTF

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Sanctuary cities put politics ahead of public safety.

If you’re in America illegally and break the law, you should be held accountable—not shielded by politicians.

End sanctuary cities once and for all.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

All along the South Carolina coast and throughout our state, service industry employees work long, demanding hours to care for their families and provide for themselves.

That’s why @HouseGOP and President Trump ELIMINATED taxes on tips & let these men & women keep more of their hard earned dollars.

Less taxes = more economic growth, freedom, and $$ in your pockets.

More common sense. Less tax and spending sprees.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Every dollar wasted in fraudulent spending is a dollar taken away from hardworking taxpayers.

President Trump has waged a war against fraud to stop this.

We combat fraud to protect taxpayers.

We combat fraud to restore trust.

We combat fraud to save tax dollars.

This is the common sense we need more of.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

SIXTEEN STRAIGHT MONTHS OF ZERO RELEASES AT THE BORDER. 💥

Same border. Same desert. Different leadership.
We backed Border Patrol, funded the wall and ended catch and release.

Fewer crossings means fewer cartels trafficking human beings and less fentanyl flowing into our communities.

Turns out enforcing the law works.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

The American Dream is defined by Americans working hard, making an honest living, and pursuing a future they can be proud of.

Socialism extinguishes that concept and replaces American innovation, drive, and stories of hardworking people with simple numbers.

This is not the future that we want. This is the America Democratic Socialists want.

America was built by people who earned what's theirs, not people waiting to be served.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Only American citizens should benefit from American taxpayer-backed programs.

Incredible work by @SecretaryTurner and @realDonaldTrump to crack down on the fraudulent loans the Biden Administration administered to illegal immigrants and non-permanent residents.

Less waste, fraud, and abuse.

More common sense.

Promises made, promises kept.

[Scott Turner @SecretaryTurner]

Prior to HUD’s crackdown, illegal aliens, H-1B visas, and non-permanent residents surged to more than 8% of FHA government-backed mortgages.

This accounts for THOUSANDS of mortgages a year and millions of taxpayer dollars.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Manufacturing is the backbone of South Carolina’s economy.

We applaud President Trump’s commitment to reshoring AMERICAN jobs, ushering in historic manufacturing investments, and putting the American worker first.

More American jobs. More opportunities for everyday Americans.

Promises made, promises kept.

[Congressman Russell Fry @RepRussellFry]

Attorney General @AGToddBlanche came to South Carolina to talk about why law enforcement (and the public) need Logan’s Law, a bill I filed with Senator Lindsey Graham and now sponsored by Senator @DarlineGrahamSC.

Logan Federico's accused killer, who had more than 25 felony convictions (37 total convictions), was back on the streets while he should have been serving over 150 years behind bars!

He should NEVER have been out of jail, but soft-on-crime prosecutors and court officials didn’t check his records thoroughly, releasing this man back into our South Carolina community.

Logan's Law builds a national database of violent offenders that every law enforcement official (and the public) can use. It also shines a light soft-on-crime prosecutors and judges, showing the public their lenient plea deals and sentences.

Logan's dad, Steve, is right. Logan’s Law won't just save one life. It'll save thousands.
