A beautiful ceremony at Restlawn Cemetery today remembering those men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for this country and their families, whose lives were changed forever. We also honor all veterans who have passed during the last year.
My position has never changed. Wisconsin's surplus should go back to the taxpayers. I voted yes on this bill.
Unfortunately it failed, but I will keep pushing until that money goes back to the taxpayers where it belongs.
Wisconsinites expect compromise, that's why I voted to support the surplus deal. I am disappointed that radicals on the left and right in the State Senate killed this bill to help our schools and taxpayers right now.
This week, Governor Evers signed a number of my bills. Find out more about these new laws on crypto kiosks, DACA, and more in this weeks e-update:

Yesterday, I was honored to host Jane Graham Jennings of the Women's Community as a Hometown Hero. Jane has helped so many survivors of domestic violence in our community I am proud to honor her important work to keep Wisconsinites safe.
I was honored to be on hand for the signing of Bradyn's Law. I am so grateful to Bradyn’s family for leading the charge to raise awareness of this horrific crime. Criminals worldwide now know that if they target Wisconsinites in sextortion schemes, they will be held accountable.
