June is National Dairy Month!
Dairy is by far the largest agricultural sector in Wisconsin, and it is a major part of our heritage and history. This month, I hope you will join me in recognizing and thanking everyone who helps to make Wisconsin "America's Dairyland!"
Last night, I voted for a bipartisan agreement to return the state surplus to the taxpayers who created it. Sadly, this agreement failed to pass after Senate Democrats selfishly and shortsightedly voted unanimously against it.
On Friday, #NationalPoliceWeek began with the annual Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial ceremony to honor those who gave their lives while serving and protecting the people of our state.
Thank you to our officers for the sacrifices you make to keep us safe.
Happy Mother's Day!
Today we recognize the love, strength, guidance, and sacrifices of the mothers and grandmothers in our lives. Thank you for for all you do to support your families and make our neighborhoods stronger!
Last week, I was honored to join several of my colleagues for a panel discussion at the Advanced Manufacturing Summit in Rothschild! Manufacturing plays a critical role in Central Wisconsin, and I enjoyed discussing how we can keep this important industry thriving!
I am honored to receive the Constitution Award from @The_JBS for my perfect score on their Freedom Index Scorecard!
Our government was founded on the principles of individual liberty and limited government. I am committed to legislating according to these principles!

On to the Governor's desk!
Last week, the State Senate voted unanimously to pass my bill to help our farmers move product more efficiently! I look forward to this major win for Wisconsin Agriculture becoming law!
One step from becoming law!
Last week, the State Senate passed my bill to allow victims of sextortion and their families seek justice by suing the people who targeted them for damages!
Survivors of #sextortion in #Wisconsin will soon have more access to justice with Senate passage of AB 923! This bill creates a civil cause for sextortion survivors, giving them a vehicle for justice other than a criminal trial, as well as making it easier to bring civil claims without sharing their information publicly.
Last Week Friday, Governor Evers signed my bill to clarify when an expert witness can give testimony!
This is the 6th bill I have successfully brought across the finish line. I look forward to continuing to deliver victories for the people of Wisconsin and the 87th District!
Earlier this week, members of @tavernleaguewi from Portage and Waupaca County made the trip to Madison to discuss their priorities.
Whether its in the district or at the Capitol, I'm always happy to meet and discuss how state government can help local businesses thrive!
I enjoyed meeting with local community and business leaders during last week's Central Wisconsin Days! Thank you to everyone from @CentergyWI who made the trip to the Capitol to talk about the issues that matter to our area!
Yesterday, I met with members of the Central Wisconsin Board of Realtors to discuss the housing challenges our state is facing, and what we can do to help.
Thank you to everyone who made the trip to the Capitol!
