Optimistic view:

Pessimistic view:
Wait for either of these three calamities: Economic, External invasion, Natural calamity. Only if the current system is completely broken, people will go beyond religion-caste; turn off cheap entertainment sources like Facebook/Netflix and demand something beyond two meals a day. Until then ruling elites and their cronies will continue looting the nation.
