@Manu_Sheoran6 What did your ‘healthy diet’ look like? You can’t really lose weight without being in a calorie deficit, even if you’re eating healthy.
It’s also likely that around 5 kg was water weight and inflammation rather than actual fat
@b0nes0fsal I like Lose It, but yeah, like you said, it can be kinda inaccurate. Gotta make sure you check the nutrition labels and not just blindly follow what it suggests whenever your search smtg
@MarlonDaily Lost 35 pounds on a cut and never touched chicken and rice. As long as you’re in a calorie deficit, it works..chicken and rice is overrated.
