⭕️ NEW: Israel has been running a formal academic training program since August 2025 to train soldiers and defense officials in influence operations, psychological warfare, and propaganda — targeting both domestic and international audiences, an internal Defense Ministry tender obtained by investigative outlet The Hottest Place in Hell and published by +972 Magazine reveals.

The program trains up to 320 “influence experts” annually across eight courses covering:
▪️ Psychological warfare, propaganda, deception, and deepfakes designed to “influence public consciousness”
▪️ “Black Hat” techniques to distribute content bypassing Facebook and Google’s rules
▪️ Intelligence gathering on target populations to craft and refine messaging in real time
▪️ “Online activist” training — offered in English to unspecified “foreign partners”

Tebnin Government Hospital is a highly important facility as it serves as the last operational frontline medical facility and busiest trauma center in southern Lebanon.

💢 Israeli Navy Kills Gaza Fisherman Off Deir el-Balah Coast

🔹Israeli naval vessels opened fire with machineguns on a fishing boat off the coast of Deir el-Balah in central Gaza, killing fisherman Muhammad Musa Abu Jiab, according to WAFA.

🔹Gaza’s Fishermen Syndicate says at least 238 fishermen have been killed by Israel since October 2023, with more than 20 killed or detained since the ceasefire began in October. 

🔹The head of the syndicate, Zakaria Baker, said “the sea is practically closed,” with fishermen venturing no more than 800 meters offshore in small boats due to ongoing uncertainty about how far they can go. 

🔹Israel has also banned the entry of fishing engines and equipment into Gaza since October 2023, crippling a sector that once supported roughly 5,000 fishermen and 50,000 family members, with total losses estimated at over $70 million and more than 90% of fishing infrastructure destroyed.

The timing alone tells a story.

The candidates belong to Strong Armenia, a pro-Russian party polling in 2nd place nationally. Their leader, billionaire Samvel Karapetyan, is already under house arrest on charges of plotting to overthrow the government.

Armenia is at a crossroads: Drifting West, negotiating peace with Azerbaijan, and quietly distancing itself from Moscow.

A pro-Russian party surging ahead of elections was always going to make Yerevan nervous.

Whether these are real criminal cases or political medicine, the optics hand Russia exactly the narrative it wants: Armenian democracy under Pashinyan is selective.
