@Airbnb Customer service nightmare. Been going back and forth with "customer support" for over a week and it's been like talking to a brick wall.

[Rese Ruffin @ReseChronicles]

@Airbnb is really out here trying to scam people with the bait and switch and predatory currency conversions. What a shame.

[Rese Ruffin @ReseChronicles]

Second day in a row of being on hold with
@Delta
for multiple HOURS and still not able to reach a customer service representative. Shameful.

[Rese Ruffin @ReseChronicles]

@Delta I see you have a hold time on Twitter too.

[Rese Ruffin @ReseChronicles]

@Delta I've been on hold over 2 hours. Is this normal?

@capitalone Any way we could go back to the really organized and informative dashboard? Because this new "look" is really impractical.

[Rese Ruffin @ReseChronicles]

Funny how people think a protest is supposed to be convenient...like protestors are supposed to send a SurveyMonkey link or something to get on everyone's calendar. #statueofliberty

[Rese Ruffin @ReseChronicles]

Tried to call @Delta about a flight issue and an automated message said hold time was 2 hours. Sent an email and got a response that they'd get back to me in 30 days. Uh...really?

"...but he was nice guy, a family man, our friend."
No one gives a shit.
No one says, "he was a suicide bomber, but he was nice to his friends."
So, stop rationalizing.
"He sexually assaulted someone." is a complete sentence. Full stop. #rapeculture #TodayShow
