I don't know Alanah. I just know how video games are made. Her post is 100% in line with what I would expect on a current AAA game.
So in summary, if you think like this dude, or post like this dude, honestly, you are an enormous douchebag.
I got to check out the Field Museum's Pokémon Fossil Exhibition early--here's what my experience was like and tips for heading there yourself!!
Thank you to The Field Museum and The Pokémon Company Int'l for providing me with free access to this event!!

It's now May 27 in Japan, which means it's #DragonQuestDay!
40 years ago today, the first Dragon Quest game was released. Its easy-to-understand command-based system helped popularize the RPG genre in Japan!
This is absolutely atrocious and a deathknell for many websites
Serebii should be ok as a large portion of our traffic is direct due to our reputation, but this is horrendous for all individual sites everywhere.
These things scrape our sites then kill us. I see no logic to it.
It's time for part 3 of our Pokopia anaylsis with @Researcher_Ryan! We discuss the "science" of the destruction in the game as well as the ethics of Pokémon & perhaps even a theory or two from us about what we think caused everything👀
Give it a watch!

POV: You (@Researcher_Ryan) essentially predicted the Pokémon Pokopia story years before it was released and I just happen to record everything, so there's proof
Part 2 of the deep dive into understanding Pokopia with @Researcher_Ryan is now live! In this segment, we're taking a closer looking at everything that remains "unown" from ruins to relics and so much more!
Be sure to check it out!

@geek_ecology Kinda nice that people think academic folks are vastly smart. Lol
I definitely feel less guilty when I'm not as diverse in intelligence once I learned how specialized most academics are. Hahahaha
Academics in media: "I am a complete master of all things in my broad field of study that have been documented in the past 300 years!" Academics IRL: "I know some things about one protein in one species of fruit fly."
@JoeMerrick I put in way more time than I ever expected to and definitely got overwhelmed with the amount to try and capture. On top of being one of the best looking Pokemon games of all time.
This game deserves so much better in terms of sales and recognition. It was so much fun and the possibilities for photos were so astronomical that I’m still finding a couple
Unraveling the mysteries in Pokemon Pokopia with @Researcher_Ryan starting with our thoughts on just how much time we think has passed between the original Kanto stories and what we witness in Pokopia's story.
Part 2 coming soon!!
