The cutout here is excellent and demonstrates body heat is trapped and radiation reflected resulting in a temporary reduction in signature. Temporary because the heat has to go somewhere and eventually will soak through.

@astraiaintel This is a fairly inaccurate description on their part on how these types of techs work. The USERS surface temperature does not get lowered. In fact it increases. The heat transfer to the outer surface is significantly hindered resulting in the shells temperature being 10C.
