@Frankie_1643 @UKLabour Yes, please! Vistry started fire safety and cladding works on our building in April 2022, 4 years later we are still waiting for them to finish an 18mth project! They created water ingress damage to a number of flats in the process and don't care about fixing their failings!

@EalingCouncil In 2023 you promised to put in a traffic order to put double yellow lines on the corner of Cowley Road/Swainson Road to stop cars illegally parking on a blind corner. It's now 3 years later and cars park on dropped kerbs, corners, pavements, yellow lines, every day

Trying to get The Guinness Partnership Leasehold Team to take ownership of their failings, it is like pinning jelly to a tree! How many days does it take to carry out simple repairs/projects:

@EalingCouncil You should send your Enforcement Officers to patrol Cowley and Swainson Roads on a daily basis. You are missing a valuable revenue stream, every day there are cars parked on the pavement, double yellows, single yellows and dropped kerbs.

Countryside Properties were the developer but not contributing to works

@parcelforce Please explain how I am supposed to rearrange delivery when your driver hasn't bothered to deliver and hasn't left the "I missed you" card with the number on! The driver must have been so talented, he managed to drive an invisible van and scale a building unseen

@michaelgove @investnewark That's great, I was one of those people, I bought into Shared Ownership and now cannot Staircase or Sell and my property is worth £0! What are you doing about us? I'm stuck with ALL the costs for cladding and FSW, whilst the builder and HA get away scot free.

@ResourcesShared 7 are allocated to commercial units, 3 are disabled use and the remainder we are allowed to use with the neighbouring block (165 flats in total) on a 1st come 1st served basis.

@PaulFallows3 Residents Association. We have 7 residents on the RA in a block of 41 flats and we are very on the ball in terms of addressing issues with our Housing Association on behalf of all residents.

@CharlieLottie It sounds like extortion, generally an Estate Agent does this for free within their seller fees. If I recall, SBHG charges 1% of the sale price, total sale price that is, so if you own 25%, you'll pay 100% of the fee. It would take a competent photographer about 20 mins btw.

@CharlieLottie @SBHGLondon Clearly not, the shutter to the waste compound has been broken for months. I dread to think how much your bulk refuse service charges are as I see people fly tipping most days. This is the lovely view I see from my balcony

@Cladder38093490 @MartinSLewis @bbc5live Shared ownership, the biggest rip off, no chance of staircasing now, cannot remortgage or sell, a HA that doesn't care, builder that shirks responsibility and a Government failing on all counts. Trapped is an understatement!
