@Keurig these people are the worst customerservice they don’t care about their customers and their CEO is the worst too. He doesn’t return emails. I’ve emailed them 25 times he’s just ignored me. Customerservice is a joke. They don’t care about their customers!

@Keurig This company is beyond garbage. Bought a Keurig six months ago and the thing shit the bed. We used their products to descale it, filtered water and the thing stopped working. Called customer service and they won't do shit to help us. They admitted the thing was still in warranty.

So, our @Keurig broke after one year. It actually started breaking just before a year. But we did a descaling and thought it was fixed. Nope. We called @Keurig and they offered us a 25% coupon. That’s it. The thing cost $200 and only lasted a year. Maybe I’ll go buy a @Nespresso

@Keurig Thanks for replying. I already spoke with phone support and was told it’s outside warranty. Since it lost power after about 16 months of normal use, I was hoping someone could take another look. Happy to DM details if helpful.

@Keurig Im trying to contact Customer Service. 2 weeks ago, my beloved Keurig died, the 1 with the pods & basket 4 single or a pot. I loved it more than my Ninja. It wouldn't do anything so I got a small Keurig I could order another, This was what I came home too. I'm going back 2 ninja

@Keurig You know you're dealing with a terrible company when they won't honor their own warranty because they know their products are junk! Registered product, breaks less than a year, but won't replace without a receipt. What's the point in registering? Save your $, don't buy a Keurig!
