I saw a post from a dad that said he does a "family presentation night" once a month.
Each kid picks a topic. Practices it. Presents it.
His 8-year-old presented on dinosaurs.
Eye contact. Q&A. The whole thing.
My first reaction was that's extra.
My second reaction was that kid is going to eat in job interviews.
Most of us are just like Punch.
Always around others, but still feeling alone.
He clings to a stuffed toy for comfort.
We cling to our screens.
Thoughts?
Day 1 of Showing Up Everyday:
I’ve wanted to build a project in public for pretty much all my life.
For some deep down reason, always been scared to start.
Today starts that journey.
1 Post. Every Day.
Time to Start Something.
