Here’s what the first 6 months looked like.

@Jsmooth_2327@AJA_Cortes Yup, exactly. If you make the proper lifestyle changes then those lean mass data points from the trial become way less relevant to your own outcome.
Congrats on the success as well! 🤝
When this trial ends I need to try grey market Reta just for science lol.
I find it mind blowing that people really say 0.5 mg nuked their appetite.
That’s 25% of the starter dose 😭
Things I learned from this comment section:
• 0.5 is a placebo
• 0.5 isn’t a placebo
• there’s more in the vial than you think
• only works if you’re lean
• doesn’t work if you’re lean
• 4mg hits softer than 1mg
• it’s the BAC water
• it’s the vendor
• it’s science
We’re all right. Somehow. I love this app.

🧪 One thing I think people misunderstand about Reta:
The dose isn’t supposed to feel identical forever.
For me suppression was strongest in the first few weeks of a new dose, then slowly settled.
That didn’t mean the dose “stopped working.”
Hunger came back.
The food noise/control benefits stayed.
Those are two different things.
