Women deserve to be safe. A government serious about protecting women does not get to look the other way the moment those women are behind bars.

We introduced the Prison Rape Prevention Act to ensure mentally ill men with woke gender delusions are not housed in women's prisons.

When the state takes custody of an individual, it also assumes full responsibility for their safety. Housing biological men in women's facilities is a direct breach of this obligation. It puts vulnerable women at risk and it has gone on far too long.
