Calling Grok 4.5 a coding agent is an understatement.

The real-world engineering includes identifying issues in manufacturing processes for my teams which in itself is a giant tree and a lot of dependencies (parts, firmware changes, etc).

One emphasis I gave to xAI teams is that I don’t really care about the benchmark score but rather if I can be productive at my job.

It’s a model optimizes for real world use, not the benchmark.
