@STP_KITT @3dfxhistory Yes, this is a card for arcade systems. The video connectors are VGA and EGA. I don‘t know much more about the card other than it is extremely rare. When I got this card in 2007, there were only 3 known cards from what I remember.

@yjfycom Thanks! What I find strange is the 3798 code on the PCB backside. Which should translate to week 37 1998 to my knowledge and thus would be later than the date of the PCB imprint on the front side. Do you know how this can be?
