@AirAsiaSupport Okay, however I'd like to point out that the supervisor pointed out that if I had been flying via Mumbai or New Delhi, I would not have had a problem. The supervisor told me that the website specified that Chennai only has point-to-point. I could not find this info.

@AirAsiaSupport Yes, I understand this. I will now go back to my point that AirAsia did not give any prior indication that Chennai airport is point-to-point. You have not fulfilled your duty of care to give the customer correct information.

@AirAsiaSupport Hi yes I understand this, but as stated in my eform, I checked with the Embassy and they said for transit through India there is no need for visa given:
1. Less than 24hrs
2. No check luggage
3. Have boarding pass for the next flight.
I fulfilled these 3 points, yet was denied.

@AirAsiaSupport Hi, yes I understand this, however it is not specified anywhere that it is a point to point flight. Therefore I did not have appropriate time to apply for and receive the visa.

@AirAsiaSupport Yes. I checked with the India embassy, and confirmed that if: no check in bag; have proof of onward journey; and less than 24 hrs transit, then no visa is required.
