Congressman Jim Jordan has filed a motion for a full floor vote to expel Congresswoman Maxine Waters for voting illegally by proxy.

"The gentlewoman from California hasn't set foot in this chamber in months," said Jordan, "And still her House ID is used for every vote."

Jordan says whoever is voting for Waters is just as guilty as she is. He believes she's had a medical crisis that left her incapacitated.
