To hold freedoms and democracy dear is to recognize that those freedoms have a cost. When democracy is threatened we are asked to bear that cost. I will bear that cost for as long as necessary to ensure democracy and freedom for those who desire it.

@rev_david I think the difference in leaving ministry and changing calls is that in changing calls, hopefully we’re aware enough to recognize the grass isn’t greener, only a different shade of brown.

You are called to make disciples.
You are called to be faithful.
