@dennishegstad@bandholz@cathrynlavery There is a lot of basic stuff on the market where builders are panic selling. I am in neither situation. It is a unique house and may take some time for the right person to come along. Thanks bro!!
@dennishegstad@thedanjanderson Not a chance because I wouldnβt sell it for that lol. Lemme know if you want an in person tour. The smart features in this house alone will blow your mind let alone all our imported marble and custom elements.
@thedanjanderson@dennishegstad By a lot? Lol itβs really not. Itβs not even $1,300 per sqft. You should know this living in the neighborhood. Come by and check it out in person Iβll give you a tour!
@nikitabier@dennishegstad Multiple houses have sold in Austin above $2,000 per sqft. In the summer I was going to list at $1,500 per sqft. Iβve come down since the market has softened. I will wait for the right buyer.
@cathrynlavery@dennishegstad Why? Thatβs not even $1,300 per sqft. I was planning on listing at $1,500 per sqft in the summer but have come down since the market has softened. I have time to wait for the right buyer.
@dennishegstad@bandholz@cathrynlavery Thanks for posting, Iβm the builder/ owner. You are way off base $3M is $1,000 a ft. I was wanting to list at $4.5M in the summer and would have gotten it. Iβve dropped to $3.9M now. We are in negotiations with multiple buyers. I will wait as long as I need to to get my price.
