Everyone shouts "Tax the Rich"... but look at the facts.

A $150k earner pays around $30,600 in federal tax.

A $25k earner pays about $1,200.

It takes 25 people on $25k to contribute what one person on $150k does.

So why drive high earners out of the U.S. when they already shoulder most of the burden?

The problem isn't how much tax is collected.

The problem is how much the government wastes.

Stop blaming the rich.

Start holding the government to account.

- A new 10% tax bracket for anyone making over $1M.
- 3.8% investment tax on top of state income taxes.
- Raise the hotel tax.
- New personal property tax on landscaping equipment.
- Ban gas powered leaf blowers.
- Guarantee illegal aliens free education.
- Make it illegal to approach somebody at an abortion clinic.
- Extend the time absentee ballots can be received after election day to three days

- Redact the addresses of political candidates from FOIAs.
- Add Virginia to the National Popular Vote Compact for presidential electors.
- Make it illegal to hand count ballots.
- $500 sales tax on firearm suppressors .
- "Assault weapons" and large capacity magazine ban.
- 11% sales tax on all firearms and ammunition.
- Prohibit outdoor shooting of a firearm on land less than 5 acres.
- Lower the criminal penalties for robbery.
- Ban the arrest of illegal aliens in courthouses.
- Remove mandatory minimum sentences.
- Allow localities to install speed cameras.
- Replace Columbus Day with "Indigenous Peoples Day."

The housing market has flipped on its head.

New houses are now significantly cheaper than old houses.

$392k for new v $420k for existing as of Oct 2025.

Which is strange. Because normally new houses sell for nearly 20% more than existing houses over the last three decades.

What's driving this historic divergence?

Builder price cuts. Builders have cut prices by 15% from peak in order to drive sales. Dropping the median sale price from $460k in 2022 to $392k today.

The result is that new houses are cheaper for the first time in history.
