The average American GRINDS 260+ days a year for a fraction of that, pays your salary with their taxes, and somehow doesn’t threaten the country like a whiny toddler when they don’t get a raise.

The real threat isn’t you leaving.

It’s that entitled clowns like YOU are still there in the first place, living better than the people you claim to serve!!!!

Stay. Quit. Rot in the private sector.

@3four3 Last part … yes soccer needs a bit more help since it’s not our culture. But any fool can see absolutely we get the worst ROI in USA compared 2 all other sports when looking @ actual knowledge/skill/ability of avg player and all the $$ spent.

@3four3 Part 3. I’m now 60. When younger every coach had a job and coached on the side … loved the sport and gave back. HS coaches made like $800 a season.
This model worked into the 80’s. Then came all the experts and such. Then the Clubs.
40 years later … slightly better way 2 much$
