Computer science used to be sold as the golden ticket.

Go to college, learn to code, get a tech job, make $200K after a few years, work remote, live the dream.

Now CS grads are dealing with one of the worst job markets of any major.

@jncatron nevertheless, protestants encouraged and elevated scripture in such a way that made bible ownership widespread. the printing press was the mechanical, protestants gave the theological. bible ownership would not be as big as it is without reformation principles.

they all know that frequent bible ownership stems from the reformation and its principles, but they willingly decide to lie about it and say rome started it first or that people weren't deserving of biblical knowledge outside of the latin mass anyway

@jncatron medieval catholicism had no need to spread the bible to the masses. protestantism opened that up and encouraged it. the things you mentioned just accelerated and facilitated the protestant position.
