Barela didn’t just win this one, he earned this one. Everyone said he couldn’t do it coming into today and now, he’s got the W. Is this his breakout year? #Discgolf
500 for a cart is something I wouldn’t pay but obviously there were plenty of people who wanted the same cart Ricky uses on tour. So as long as it’s not going to be a normal price range then it’s fine by me
@ThrowinWithOwen I agree for people who have been playing disc golf for awhile and can throw discs how they’re meant to be thrown. But I’ve seen too many destroyers used in MA4 events.
In the bag videos shouldn’t be used as instructions on how to build a bag. Every player is different and a disc that a pro uses may not work for you. Use them as opinions and suggestions; not instructions. #DiscGolf
@JustARando321 Lots of beginners. Did a clinic for players starting out a couple months ago and I asked the few guys who had lots of discs how they built their bags and they said they just watched pros in the bag videos and followed them because “they’re pros so i have to do what they do”
@JustARando321 That stuff yeah that’s something that helps but I’m talking the bagging every disc that a pro has in their bag and crafting their bag based on that and nothing else.
As disc golf expands, I wanna see the All Star event go international. Maybe even a Team USA vs Team Europe format since we have the European pro tour. Make it worth the players time by making it more of a vacation for them before the season.
DGA is honestly one of the most underrated brands. The Rift has become one of my favorite midranges when I need a straight shot and the Breaker is a criminally underrated approach.
@GnarParDiscGolf In my experience ( I do wear glasses so my vision isn’t the best) I just have spent more time looking for darker colored discs. Any color disc can be lost, however. I personally just don’t bag them. Have several on my wall though, they are beautiful.
