@belindamgrant I like doing different rounds of beta and CP reads and using different people each time to see if the changes are working. Those read throughs for line editing type stuff can be eye-opening! #RewriteItClub

As we near the close of another year, #RewriteItClub is looking at what's next. We've made edits, combed through as much as we can, and our story is as good as "we" can make it on our own. @lhazan's next step was finding an editor to look at her story from a new perspective.

@MuseAlaCarte Very often they can indeed. I've considered it if I'm struggling to find betas or a CP that can dig in the way I need for improvement. #RewriteItClub

Q2: One step people take is to have a professional editor look at their story. Have you considered or used a professional editor for any of your work?

@VScreaming It's great to get fresh ideas and an editor can most definitely provide that. The plethora of good feelings can often do wonders for our creative pool! #RewriteItClub

@MuseAlaCarte This is a really great idea! Adding sensory details helps the reader to really immerse into the story and using published works that you connect with are great ways to "see" it in action. #RewriteItClub
