The entire books of Romans and Galatians were written to open the eyes of people who thought they were saved because of the life they lived. Indeed it's good to live a Christ like life, but clearly and specifically that will not save you. Nor will uttering "Christian like" words to a false Christ. Jesus is God Almighty.
