Especially those who trusted the projects and bought it at the price around USD100. Do Kwan was too cocky and he spent time mocking others instead of refining Luna system.

@stablekwon Actually why not let users who owned Luna before the UST de-pegged to get back the exact amount. For those who purchased Luna after UST de-pegged, apply a ratio conversion. Example like 10000 will turned into 10 Luna after the reverse etc.

@stablekwon Based on this proposal, if let's say I have 8 luna before UST de-pegged. While I bought 118000 Luna after it was de-pegged, how much Luna will I get when the Luna supply is reverse to 1B tokens?

@P2E_Daily @stablechen @terra_money Just my few cents of suggestions. Instead of using snapshots, why not consider reduction of Luna coins quantity based on ratio? Like if the account has 10000 Luna now, it will be converted to 100 etc.
