(This is my 6th Notification. Can anyone do something about it?)
I am writing to follow up on several reports I have previously submitted through the ICE Tip Form regarding a business in Denton, Texas. To the best of my knowledge, I have submitted multiple reports over the
past several months, but I have not seen any apparent action or received any acknowledgment. I am therefore reaching out by X in hopes that this information will be reviewed.
The business is reportedly operating at:
Red River Distribution
3333 W. University Dr., Building 1
Denton, TX 76207
The facility does not appear to have exterior signage identifying the business.
Based on what I have personally observed or have reason to believe, the business may be employing individuals who are not legally authorized to work in the United States. I also have concerns that minors, including individuals who appear to be 14 and 15 years old, may be working there using fraudulent documents that misrepresent their age. Additionally, I have reason to believe employees may not be receiving overtime pay as required by law and that the company does not provide employee benefits.
On what appear to be their busiest days, particularly Thursdays and Fridays between approximately 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., I estimate there are around 100 workers present.
I respectfully request that these allegations be reviewed and investigated, if appropriate. I appreciate the work your agency does and hope this information is helpful.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
