I was ready for Jun 20, it didn't happen
I was ready for July 20, it didn't happen
I was ready for 1st Nov,20, it didn't happen

But now am not ready due to stress and anxiety for last 15 days. Feeling really sad😔

There is one chance to get justice for all. If nobody gives exam for whom they will conduct the exam. Everyone should be united. Where this case will not work is well prepared students will be keen on writing the exam. So this is something impossible.
