It’s also more than just recruitment, it’s retention that counts and ensuring that we consider the balance of job vacancies vs student intakes.

We delve into the traditions & history of midwifery from the perspective of midwives and research, reexamining the significance of an ages old profession and its necessity the modern world.
We are pleased to share with our maternity staff today that after 8 months of trials, we will be implementing flexible rostering on a permanent basis! With around 150 midwives and 30 MSWs we have shown self rostering on this scale can be done #maternityretention#flexibleworking
