“Who was Abraham Lincoln?” Students researched information to answer that question and recorded their findings on Padlet! Our favorite fact: He was born in a log cabin. We even got to see it thanks to Google Earth!

My 1st grade teacher died. She was almost 100. For 40 years, she taught kids to read in a tiny town in southern Illinois. She taught me to read, and my siblings. I sent her a letter when she turned 95. She wrote back and sent me stickers. Teacher forever. Thank you, Mrs. Brooks.

Today was BAT-acular! We had to be super quiet so that we didn’t disturb our sleeping guests! We played with bat vocabulary, wrote what we’ve learned about bats, and explored with VR to see echolocation in action. @EdgewoodPrimary #WeArePonies
