I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but something is going on at @UPS
My sister and I got new phones in a promotion for switching to @ATT They mailed them just as Hurricane Helene hit NC (where my sis lives). It took her a while, but she finally managed to go pick up the phones (1/x)

We're paying phone bills to T-Mobile and AT&T bc as far as @ATT is concerned, their package arrived just fine. @UPS is completely unhelpful (their CS reps aren't able to effectively communicate so they put you on hold and the call eventually dies). (5/x)M
