@michelle_monje Hi Michelle, Your research made me think of my own “brain fog” challenges. Is it possible that this is similar to menopause or post menopause brain fog?
@The_MMW There is only one answer ——— Our Thoughts——
>Our Thoughts create our feelings
> Our feelings drive our actions
> Our actions drive our results
Without exception it is our thoughts that CREATE our results.
"Why am I not motivated?"
The fear circuits in your brain are activated.
"How do I change it?"
Short term: Deactivate your fear circuits by breathing slower + changing your perception of the situation.
Long term: rewire your belief system and improve your self esteem.
Danish quantum physicist Niels Bohr visited the Soviet Union in 1932 and met with Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov.
Upon meeting, perhaps Pavlov asked Bohr, "Does my name ring a bell?"😜
@AskTheGiver The exact right amount because that is what I spent. That is how I choose to think about the amount but I will also ask myself a follow up to that which is “how could I spend better moving forward or what would I do different.”
I’ll add to the list
Choose to think intentional thoughts and reject the garbage your brain offers.
I’m dumb
Everyone is smarter
I’m broken
I’m not respected
At the end of the day you have the power to decide what u think
Think thoughts that serve you and practice them often
@jackbutcher You are on fire 🔥 with the best stuff I’ve read. The quality writing and perfect consistency I’d the possibility and example. I get it. I’m going to get there - full stop!
