The Dayton VA vaccinated its 10,000th enrolled Veteran. Navy Veteran Lea Dillow received her first shot of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine today in our walk-in clinic. She was surprised to be the 10,000th Veteran to get a 1st shot and surprised there was a special celebration

HAPPY 105TH BIRTHDAY to WW II Veteran Lester Applin. He served in the Navy at Pearl Harbor. He was born in Springfield, lived most of his life in Dayton. He now lives at the CLC on the Dayton VA campus. He credits church and fishing for his long life
