Same thing here…the day I got this rejection mail, you needed to see the way I smiled, not because I was okay with the rejection but at least someone saw and reviewed my application.
Then I assured myself “with every rejection there must one day be an Acceptance”.

The reason why I later didn’t use Bamboo app wasn’t even due to network glitch but how poor their Customer service is.

Two days ago while still creating my account with bamboo app, I forgot the answer i filled for security Questions, which made it impossible for me to carry on creating the account.

I sent the “support team” a mail to see if it would be resolved, and an Ai automated message was sent back immediately with no clear solution on how I could resolve the issue.
I also sent several messages here on X and Instagram with zero response. That was when I I knew the app want meant for me.
