@EmmaWat83416854@VirginMoney Same, just got off the phone to them and they are saying it's the sending banks responsibility even tho it was virgin who had the technical difficulties. I won't be a virgin customer after this week they are useless!
@VirginMoney sent some money to my virgin account but it hasn't arrived, other bank has confirmed it's gone to the correct account. This was sent yesterday Sunday 21st June
@quidco my ยฃ45 Quidco car insurance compare hasn't tracked and it says it does not accept claims at this time so I can't raise one. Could you check this out? Thanks
