@nordstromrack my experience with an order. Ordered on 12/23. Label printed on 12/30. Still hasn’t been sent to shipper for delivery. Been 16 days, called and told policy is to wait 21 days before they can cancel and refund. Will not reorder for me, told to just reorder myself.

@nordstromrack 2- Even with 2 day shipping told it will likely take just as long to arrive. Told they are unable to change label on existing order to “ expedited” or reorder and ship for me. I’m responsible for reordering and paying twice for item.
