Hugely disappointed in @Marriott - stranded in Denver in #BombCyclone, airport closed, flight cancelled to Chicago to see Hamilton. Call to cancel Marriott Michigan Ave - "accounting gets to decide" whether I will be charged a night's stay. No value in rewards member 20 years.
