Well, @Enterprise I’ve booked a car to arrive at 15:00, I have a meeting in Devon starting at 09:00 tomorrow and wanted to leave by 05:30.
It’s now 18:00, the branch is closed and my car hasn’t arrived, no contact to notify why or when I can expect it.
There’s always an issue!
