@AvantiWestCoast I do understand that, and I will. But my question is what's your policy when something like this happens? I know you have one when trains are delayed or cancelled, so what's the situation here?
@AvantiWestCoast hey, I'm travelling tomorrow 1st class because I wanted to be sure I had a meal. Given there's not food there's no benefit to 1st. How do i claim a refund?
