Can you advise me on if I'll get an email stating that you have received my season ticket return? I sent it in 7 days ago (1st class signed for). I understand that it will be in a backlog but just wanted to make sure it's been received.

I have an annual season ticket which is due to end on 6th August. As you're not offering any suspension service Im going to have to apply for a refund of the remaining balance...

..I have a letter from my employer stating when I was last at work, are you able to backdate the refund to then?
How would I work out how much I would receive back as my wife has had her hours reduced to 50%.

Person I was flying with was told he would receive compensation but they tried saying no to me. Response from the claims department takes 30 days each time.

This is honestly the worst airline I’ve ever flown with. Not only was my flight delayed 22 hours they had the cheek to say no the conpensation, only to say yes to the other guy I was flying with...
