@donotflyprimera Looking at whether my credit card provider can refund me under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. In Primera's T's & C's it explicitly states refunds will be issued in the event of delays and cancellations. As they haven't it's a breach of contract https://t.co/6nYf4TtLL0
