@TalkTalk Yes, it is. It's still being provided by TalkTalk! Seriously though, I have had almost 2 days of downtime on my line over the last month and nobody from TalkTalk will even acknowledge it. @WhichUK, how low down on your list of ISP's does @TalkTalk come?
so absolutely annoyed at the service from @TalkTalk . I get in touch as my internet connection keeps disconnecting from my router (a fault with the line?) and I keep being pushed to get Wi-Fi extenders or being told that it's a Wi-Fi issue! @Ofcom, any guidance?
@TalkTalk I am on a web chat now and I have been told several times that I should address issues with my Wi-Fi. The thing is my devices have a great connection to my router. I can see plain as day that the router is disconnecting from the internet.
@maxlive2011@NicolaElvin@monzo I support what Monzo are doing, false positives happen in the fight against money launderers. Monzo should have done better in communicating but there are restrictions as to what they can share.
@BBCWatchdog@Mattallwright @stephbreakfast @FoxNikkiFox@BBCWatchdog failing to explain how serious money laundering is https://t.co/9n6lagRGex, Β£100bn annually!
A few false positives suck but we need to support banks who treat their obligations seriously and shame the ones who don't. #WhatsGoingOnzoMonzo
Watchdog: Have time to commission an ice sculpture, but not to read-up on anti-money laundering rules.
Rules which Monzo explain more openly and clearly than any other bank Iβve seen.
Karen: How dare Monzo freeze/block accounts as a security measure
