Also, let's not forget that human psychology is built on mimicry, learned behaviour, trained behaviour etc. Could we even detect the difference in an AI?

We have competing theories from competing disciplines. We also do not yet fully understand how it emerges. Until then, how could we ever recognise if we've created it?
