@zippz69@Heccles94@CountBinface You're describing Farage. If elected, Lord Binface will be a better representative for the people of Clacton than Farage has been.
@TAWDubAZ@cbrennansports Even if it wasn't because of Trump, it still isn't allowed under FIFA's own rules. You cannot appeal red cards in the World Cup, and a minimum 1 match ban is mandatory.
@don_spielman@BBCSport Even if the plain text of the rule allowed FIFA to do this (it doesn't), the very fact that Trump has asked for it makes it sooo much worse.
@NickOakley@toadbaiter@Telegraph@edcumming My partner was forced to pay hundreds of pounds at the gate. They wouldn't even say what for. When demanding a refund, they kept changing what they claimed it was for. Finally issued a refund when we said we're going to the bank to dispute the charge. Absolute scum.
@OmertaCipher@wtv_alien@Pirat_Nation Did you even watch classic Who? He literally talked about humans were ruining the earth with plastic. No subtlety, just straight up woke.
It was just before being woke was a thing, so it was fine apparently.
@No_Mo_Diversity@Rainmaker1973 Let's pretend for a second that anything you said is true (it's not). I think people who aren't allowed to even get books out of a library because of the colour of their skin should be handed things on a platter.
@Sakamot0Natoshi@thetimes There is 0 reason to use AI to drive trains, and plenty of reasons not to.
They SHOULD be using software to do it, but it should be safety critical software - something AI absolutely can't do at the moment (and might never be able to, because of how we define the objectives)
@ChrisKent5@TimesRadio@FraserNelson We ended up with a much harder Brexit than 'promised'. The issue the government had - and was always going to have - is that the rest of the EU and the world didn't support the decision. Because why would they?
@TheSlowMoGuys I'd be fascinated to see comparisons of expert vs, well, you guys - in terms of human reactions. Reacting to a starting gun, goal keeping, cricket, etc. I think it would be fascinating to see how much faster an expert starts to move compared to a normal person.
@Revie2Bielsa@dpcoverdale Would only work if you stipulate that both batters are in their crease and do the same thing, and that no further runs can be scored by any means (including overthrows) after that point
@NabuCasa Is there an issue? I can't login to Nabu Casa - "Too Many Requests" when I try to login on the website. Internal Server Error if I try to login within HA
@liam_thelegend_@KEdge23 While that is a thing for a number of flags, it's only ever used if obvious. Which it isn't for the union jack, so it wouldn't be useful as it's so easy to do accidentally. In addition, seeing it 'backwards' (hoist on the right) also looks upside down.
@Jmac2379 @CoxMan72 @baileykenzie01 @gradecricketer I despise it as well. Why would you leave your crease early? It makes it so easy for the opposition to take your wicket. Good spot by the bowler.
@kentsmithnz@nishhfcb I haven't seen a video (tried to), but if the run was allowed then the ball can't have been dead. And if deception applies, then the sanction applies regardless of whether there would be a wicket or not. So the umpires obviously felt there was no deception and the ball was live
@latestinspace "Route includes a ferry". If that's allowed (and I couldn't find a way to not include at least one), then I can find you many longer routes.
