@ElieJarrougeMD I believe i can manage 72 hour fasting easily. My only problem is that i fear weight loss. I currently do strict Keto OMAD, and I don't even feel hungry. I just eat to keep moving.

@Brunocruz_M@g_diets_ Testing daily may be overkill, but is necessary for purposes of food profiling.
Eat some food, test and see trend hourly for the next 6 or so hours. You will see how revealing it is, and even quit some foods.
In addition, you can track the effect of exercise and sleep.
@g_diets_ It is very important to also specify what time one goes to bed and gets out of bed. And water intake.
If i go to bed at 8 pm and get out at 6 am, i may pee twice or more.
If i go to bed at 11 pm and get out at 5 am, i may pee at most once.
Consider sleep duration and water.
@g_diets_ You are simply saying that we should eat unrefined (or minimally refined) foods for better health. I couldn't agree more.
As someone who eats only whole foods, your advice is common sense to me.
@ElieJarrougeMD Continued maintaining all the above, and much more.
Previously on 18/6 hour fasting. This year, started OMAD. Eating only at midday (for about 1 hour). As easy as 123. Full energy and satiety throughout.
