There are native born citizens displaced in the job market. It especially impacts youth and discriminated minorities

@ReichlinMelnick That is just bad planning on the part of the industry and employers. They should have done more to train the D.C. residents and kept in touch with people within long commuting distance. My sister lived in D.C. and had a contractor who lived in West Virginia.
