It was a great opportunity to see what each division is up to and how we can conquer our shared challenges by putting our heads together to brainstorm solutions.

It's great to see an example of successful delivery within clinical DOAC reviews, especially given what a rollercoaster it's been with drug recommendations and the need for reactive localised guidance.

Myself and @SelmaAbed5 collaborated with an ICB to focus on DOACs for AF patients.

We reviewed medications for 3489 patients. This led to improved care for 1224 individuals, including adjustments, discontinuation, or additional monitoring. (1/2)
