Today, they call mass deportations "unconstitutional" and "inhumane." But for decades, they championed the exact same policies..

➝ Bill Clinton (1995): Standing ovation for "speeding up deportation" and "securing our borders."

Illinois has increasingly been losing competitiveness under @GovPritzker.

States all around us have been aggressively lowering tax rates, and now Indiana and Kentucky are going lower.

Meanwhile, Pritzker keeps pushing for a progressive tax scheme. He wants more money so he can keep spending more.

We Can Do Better. Illinois should be cutting its tax rates and competing for business and people. Vote @TedForIllinois for change.

Here are some indisputable facts about Illinois government — corruption, big government, and complete Democratic Party control are the cause.
*** Illinois has more units of government than any other state—and we’re funding every one of them.
*** Depending on the source, Illinois has between 6,000 and nearly 9,000 units of local government.
*** These include counties, municipalities, townships, school districts, fire protection districts, library districts, drainage districts, and many other taxing bodies.
*** Even the lowest estimate still puts us over 6,000 units.
*** The most comprehensive count goes as high as 8,923 units.
*** More government units = more administrative costs, more overhead, and a higher tax burden on residents.
*** This is one of the major reasons Illinois has some of the highest property taxes in the nation.
*** We’re paying for thousands of overlapping districts, boards, and authorities—many doing similar or redundant work.
